The winter is coming and post season training is about to begin to prepare for the upcoming Off-Season training for Fall Sports. For those in transition to Spring sports is the best opportunity for you to get started on a professionally designed strength & conditioning program to improve your speed-agility-quickness and all programs include strength training without additional cost like other facilities.We're scheduling FREE Team Sports Training demonstrations at Tri-State Sports Complex in Aston, PA. The 80,000 square foot indoor facility has a full-size football field, and another indoor soccer field, and an indoor roller hockey rink. Then there's the 3 full length basketball courts and volleyball courts. And the 6,000 square foot weight room, with state-of-the-art equipment to assist in muscle development and flexibility.
The FREE training session includes 45-60 minutes of speed-agility-quickness training along with a dynamic warm-up. Teams must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled training session to properly register. Remember parents are encouraged to attend all training sessions to view the free demonstration. **NOTE** There will be no weight lifting during the FREE demonstration.

Training times can be schedule at 3:30pm, 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm Monday through Friday and times for Saturday are 9am, 9:30am, 10am, and 10:30am. Other times available at special request by coaches only. Minimum of 20 athletes and maximum of 40 athletes per session. There also will be a team nutritional seminar as well as a college recruiting seminar. This is all FREE for teams.
