NFL Player Interview Info for Media Inquiries
Congratulations to Darrell Blackman, former NC State football player and ACC All-Conference player. Darrell is a client of Philadelphia Sports Training Center since October 2008 and his phone was called again by an NFL team on Sunday, April 25, 2009 by the Green Bay Packers. Darrell was previously signed to a free agent contract to the Detroit Lions in 2007 as a wide receiver, but was later released by the team because he was out of position as marketed by his previous sports agent. Working hard at reclaiming his dream of playing in the NFL as a running back, Darrell was referred by Corey Jett, a family friend, and former Penn State quarterback (class of 1992), to Maine Prince, also a former Penn Stater. Prince owns Philadelphia Sports Training Center and MPi Management that oversees business management of professional athletes, models, and authors. Maintaining Darrell's high intensity sports performance training was critical as he acquired a new NFL agent and business management and a serious sports training center in Philadelphia-area. After being selected in the first round to the UNGL, which doens't look like they will playing...he was also signed to a free agent contract with the Calgary Stampeders (2009 CFL Grey Cup Champions)...he decided to follow his dreams to the NFL and his determination paid off in a huge way.
